Snacks, finger foods, or pika-pika are usually guilty pleasures to distract us from the regimented healthy food fare we usually eat. That’s why a snack for us can be chips, a fast food burger, and popcorn, usually accompanied with an unhealthy drink (soda, sweet milk tea, etc.).
